Fiona McLysaght, Afghanistan
Fiona joined Concern in 1994. Since then, she has worked in Burundi, Ethiopia, Liberia, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Sudan and North Korea. Working both in development and emergency contexts, she has focused on health, HIV and AIDS, and livelihoods programs. Fiona became Concern’s Country Director in Afghanistan in June of 2008. |

Peter McNichol, Dem. Rep. of Congo
Peter joined Concern in Angola in 1996 as a nurse. Since then, he has held different posts in Angola, Mozambique and Zimbabwe. Most recently, he served as Country Director in Zimbabwe. Peter became Concern’s Country Director in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in November 2008. |

Anne O’Mahony, Kenya
A trained nurse, Anne began working with Concern in the 1980s on the Thailand-Cambodian border, setting up health centers for the survivors of the brutal Pol Pot regime. Over the years, her work with Concern has taken her to Afghanistan, Kosovo, Ethiopia, Liberia, Sudan, Somalia, Cambodia, Sierra Leone, Rwanda, and Kenya. Until recently, Anne served as Regional Director for the Horn of Africa. Today, she is Concern’s Country Director in Kenya. |

AKM Musha, Bangladesh
Musha, who is originally from Bangladesh, has worked in the development sector for over 17 years. Before becoming Concern’s Country Director for Bangladesh in 2010, he served as Country Director for Malawi. Having worked with Concern for more than a decade, Musha says he is inspired by the way the organization adheres to its values and ethos. |

Dorothy Blane, Pakistan
Dorothy, from Scotland, has worked for various organizations, including the United Nations, for nearly 20 years. Since joining Concern in 1998, Dorothy has worked in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cambodia and North Korea. She has served as Country Director in Pakistan for more than four years, managing both development and emergency programs, including Concern’s response to the massive earthquake that struck in 2005. |

Rakesh Katal has been Country Director for Concern Worldwide Zambia since January 2009. Prior to this he worked for more than four years with Concern in North and South Sudan as Assistant Country Director. Rakesh has over 18 years of progressive professional experience, both in senior management and advisory positions in various development organizations in several countries in Africa and Asia. |
